Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GB Ride collects and why. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

• Your phone number, used to sign in and to connect riders with drivers.
• Profile details you provide: name, city, photo, and payment details.
• Ride and booking information, including pickup and drop-off locations.
• Documents drivers upload for verification (CNIC, license, vehicle registration).

How we use it

To operate the service — matching rides, showing driver and rider profiles, recording trips and fares, and keeping the community safe. We don't sell your personal data.

Where it's stored

Data is stored using Google Firebase. Uploaded images are hosted on ImgBB. Location is used only to show pickup and drop-off points for rides.
